Jacob one of the Business Managers flat out lies to try and sell extended warranty. He told us the ECM was inside the engine and if it went bad the whole engine would have to be replaced. CPO stated there and sell extended warranty. He told us the ECM was inside the engine and if it went bad the whole engine would have to be replaced. CPO stated there were 2 keys for the car we bought, when we asked for the second key we were told there was only one. Now we have to spend $400 plus dollars for a second. On top of that we are being harassed to do surveys 3 or 4 times a day. More
