I am very sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with us. Unfortunately, there are certain requirements that need to be met within a short time frame when purchasing a vehicle and you were not able to provide them. I see by our CRM system numerous outbound calls and messages that were left regarding the missing documentation from various staff members. Without proof of income, proof of address, and without insurance for the vehicle the bank will not allow you to keep the vehicle. Also, we would not have been able to register the vehicle without insurance.
