I was even more surprised when I found out that the owner was in the building on a daily basis and was immediately introduced to him in the midst of his busy office schedule. Frank Williams not only took the time to meet me but spent time diffusing the anxiety I was feeling about meeting with the finance department and signing the many forms that can usually be intimidating and eerie. He assured me that he would 'be there' for me if I ran into any concerns and he kept his word. It was because of his customer service as well as his entire time (from the service department to the sales department, to the finance department, receptionists, and even the cashier), the employees were exceptional with customer care. It is a pleasure to just be in the presence of such excellence to I decided to tell many friends and family members about my experience and they, too, have found the same incredible experience. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to be a part of the Landers' family. I have now purchased my third family vehicle there and will not consider going any where else. Recently I was looking to replace my wife's auto and I had previously bought Dodge Ram trucks from Landers and was impressed by the knowledge and customer focus of the entire staff on my dodge truck so I had previously bought Dodge Ram trucks from Landers and was impressed by the knowledge and customer focus of the entire staff on my dodge truck so I was looking for an auto. My sales consultant (Robert Riley) has always known the product and explains in detail the numerous advantages of the vehicles and their features. The General Manager (Mr. Williams) always makes time to talk me when I am bringing in my truck for service and personally ensures that the customer is always FIRST. So I brought my wife in to look at the Chrysler 200 and 300. However, she kept going to the Dodge Charger SXT. Robert explained all the features and she drove it around, Mr. Williams asked if she liked the car and told Robert to make a "deal" she would be happy with and the General Sales Manager (Mr. Lopez) ensured we got top dollar for our trade-in, best price, and we are now the proud owners of a fully loaded 2014 Dodge Charger SXT. One word of caution - the speedometer on a Dodge Ram and a Dodge Charger is different in the straight up position and the State Troopers of Alabama frown on that speed. The "Olde Guy" More

Lets Start off with this FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP!!!!!I have bought many a cars in my lifetime but the one thing that stood out to me about Landers Mclarty Dodge was when I pulled up(THEY ACTUALLY LET ME TAKE A bought many a cars in my lifetime but the one thing that stood out to me about Landers Mclarty Dodge was when I pulled up(THEY ACTUALLY LET ME TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO LOOK AT CARS WITHOUT 100 SALESPEOPLE RUSHING ME) Frank Williams who is actually the General Manager at this dealership was very involved along with his whole staff if someone did not know the answer to my question one of the salespeople there were more than willing to help its not like im not getting paid so we will let that salesperson worry about it.I am now the proud owner of my very first 2010 Toyota Venza thanks to the ENTIRE TEAM at Landers Dodge the only problem you will have at this dealership is there are quite a few new salesman there that are still learning but they bent over backwards to accomadate me and my family let this team mesh together for a while and this could end up being one of the best dealerships in huntsville to shop at they were there to assist me in buying a car not one person was there to SELL me a car............THANK YOU LANDERS MCLARTY FOR CARING.....
