The grief and inconvenience this dealership has caused my family is insurmountable. They sold us on an EV, assured us chargers were easy to find and also charging was free through EVgo who is partnered throu family is insurmountable. They sold us on an EV, assured us chargers were easy to find and also charging was free through EVgo who is partnered through Toyota corporate. They also said the range was at least 300mi, and if you didn’t use the regenerative braking it was 252miles, we realized the charging company is shutting down almost every operation in Las Vegas, and contacted EVgo confirming this, we need a full charge every single day for my husband to get to work and back, charging at home takes basically 3 days to get a full charge and I don’t have the option for a level 2 charger outlet at my apartment. I called them the day after we bought the car saying it’s a huge inconvenience charging, it’s expensive since there is no EVgo chargers near us and would cost $30-$40 a day to get a full charge so my husband can get to work, and at that point a gas vehicle is cheaper to drive. They said they can’t swap the car out or cancel the deal because it’s funded through the bank, I call Toyota financial and they said there’s no reason the dealer couldn’t call them and cancel and help us out, they just didn’t want to. They claimed they didn’t know about EVgo shutting down but a sales guy told my husband one of his clients had the same issue not finding chargers. When I went in they offered to install a charger but I’m renting and that’s out of the question, then they offered $500 for charging plus my down payment back, then took back what they said and asked me to save my receipts and they will reimburse me at the dealership level for having to charge at stations out of Toyota network that are expensive, so I ask for them to give that in writing because I do not trust them. I get a call back saying the dealership isn’t actually going to do any reimbursement at all and to save reciepts and give them to Toyota corporate eventually. I have spoken to Toyota corporate multiple times about the removal of EVgo chargers in Las Vegas and if they plan on reimbursing BZ4x owners who charge on other charge networks and they said there is no plan to do that at all despite the dealership saying they would. The constant lying and lack of empathy dealing with the sociopaths that are employed here has prevented me from referring any one to this dealer ever, I have a vehicle that is a huge inconvenience and unable to charge in a way that isn’t more expensive than gasoline. And also I couldn’t use the chargers at Toyota because the dealer themselves doesn’t even have a dc fast charger, only a level 2 which I’ve learned takes 6-10 hours to get a full charge. More

This dealership practices an unethical way to advertise their cars. Charging the customer an “optional” add on of the gold or silver certificate. The cars are advertised to come with a silver or gold certi their cars. Charging the customer an “optional” add on of the gold or silver certificate. The cars are advertised to come with a silver or gold certification on their website. Then when you go to pay the certification is actually 3,000 extra. It’s listed as an optional add on. When I inquired about purchasing the car without the certification I was told that the certification is in fact not optional and there is no deal without buying the extra 3,000 warranty. Very bad business practice and a scam. More

I liked the salesman, and the car I bought. I was not happy with the way the financing team kept trying to juggle the numbers, and avoid direct questions. I got a bad deal on a great car.
