Service department is unprofessional Frankie was amazing as the sales person. There was a couple issue with car that they said they would take care of. I was told they added a 6 million dollar shop down the street with 30 bays so there should not be a issue with getting it in. When I called to get my car fixed they said yes go ahead and bring it in we can get it in. So I took it down to them and while looking over it with them I found some more dings and scratches on the car. I knew I couldn't do anything at this time because I signed for just the check engine and one scratch. I told the service guy looks like next time I should not buy a car at night. His response was bummer nothing's going to be done. Which in my opinion that is very unprofessional. When I called back four hours later about how long it will take I was told it would maybe be looked at tomorrow but we are two weeks out to fix it. Then told we will call tomorrow if we can get to it. More
