Awesome Purchasing Experience! I orginally contacted The Sharpest Rides to look at a Mazda 6. I had a strict guideline for my prospective car. Frankie Lee was more than accommodatin I orginally contacted The Sharpest Rides to look at a Mazda 6. I had a strict guideline for my prospective car. Frankie Lee was more than accommodating. I recently injured my leg and had a short window to return my Diesel VW and have a surgery. Meanwhile I was also looking at diesel Cruz as my first pick car. I mentioned to Frankie that was a car I wanted to look at. The diesel Cruz they had was scratched up and was missing the key fob. Frankie told me not to look at the scratches and not to worry about fob - they'll take care of it. I fell in love with the diesel Cruz. Even after I took it home, Frankie called me back the following day to see how I was enjoying the Cruz, also the finance department found a better loan interest rate. Not many dealerships would go out of their way to change financing after I took the car home and signed all the paperwork! Just waiting on the call to get the paint fixed and a new key fob. 5 stars! More

Service department is unprofessional Frankie was amazing as the sales person. There was a couple issue with car that they said they would take care of. I was told they added a 6 million d Frankie was amazing as the sales person. There was a couple issue with car that they said they would take care of. I was told they added a 6 million dollar shop down the street with 30 bays so there should not be a issue with getting it in. When I called to get my car fixed they said yes go ahead and bring it in we can get it in. So I took it down to them and while looking over it with them I found some more dings and scratches on the car. I knew I couldn't do anything at this time because I signed for just the check engine and one scratch. I told the service guy looks like next time I should not buy a car at night. His response was bummer nothing's going to be done. Which in my opinion that is very unprofessional. When I called back four hours later about how long it will take I was told it would maybe be looked at tomorrow but we are two weeks out to fix it. Then told we will call tomorrow if we can get to it. More
