I stopped by a week ago to check out the EV Blazer. A salesperson from the Corvette side approached me, asked if I had any questions, and when I told him I was just looking around, he respectfully said A salesperson from the Corvette side approached me, asked if I had any questions, and when I told him I was just looking around, he respectfully said I could take my time and to let him know if I needed anything. I appreciated that. However, I came back on Wednesday to compare colors on the lot and had a very different experience. I was approached by another salesperson who came off extremely aggressive. When I said I was just looking at the Blazers and didn’t need any help yet, his response was, “Well, you are on our lot.” I replied, “Great, I’ll leave then,” and he simply said “Okay” and walked off. That two-minute interaction ruined any potential relationship before it even began. I’ll gladly take my $60,000 elsewhere. Rude, desperate sales tactics like that don’t just push customers away—they hurt your business. If your team can't see the person in front of them, only the potential commission, you've got a serious problem. More
