Really hated the high-pressure and deceptive sales tactics. I felt like I was being held hostage in the dealership for hours. I felt pressured to purchase a car way outside. My budget only to be told 10 days later that I had to bring the car back I will be purchasing all of my cars from Carmax or Carvana for a much better in place experience with more transparency and pricing. Sales and financing paid absolutely no attention to what was personally asked by me the end user as not to run any credit reports while sitting there with the salesman. I specifically in front of the salesm was personally asked by me the end user as not to run any credit reports while sitting there with the salesman. I specifically in front of the salesman and the sales manager told them they had one opportunity and one hard credit pool only to beat my financing that was already in place. They did not honor themselves and pulled a hard credit at nine separate times. A handshake and a look in the eye with a verbal agreement means nothing.. I was told the vehicle had a thorough 121 point inspection only to find out that it had extremely visible and quickly fixable issues to the rear end which should’ve been fixed prior to even going on a lot. After they realized I was a so-called cash customer it was south from there. I would not recommend anyone except to my salesman Franklin, who did everything he could to help make the sale along with his follow up and follow through. I would highly recommend recommend Franklin if you have to deal with the dealership in anyway. Again, very disappointed with the way I was treated. It was typical of a standard car dealership just wanting to get a unit out and not ultimately caring about the big picture the long-term outcome and the amount of business I can bring them in the future. More

I was searching for the perfect car for us. I found what we were looking for at Brandon Honda. I was contacted by a very straight forward salesperson Franklin Nunez. He sent clear text messages I found what we were looking for at Brandon Honda. I was contacted by a very straight forward salesperson Franklin Nunez. He sent clear text messages about the vehicle we were looking at and set up a time to meet. He had the car cleaned up and standing tall when we arrived. We showed him our trade-in and while we were looking at numbers he had the car appraised. All the numbers lined up with what we had discussed so there were no questions. We agreed and then went into the finance office where we met John Ortiz who explained everything so it was easy to understand. He showed us an extended warranty that was too good to pass up. We signed all our forms in what was very little time and drove home our new CR-V Hybrid. Thanks to all at Brandon Honda for making this a stress free purchase. More
