I needed a vehicle quickly which is a terrible way to go into a negotiation. Mr Franklin Toribio served as my agent/salesman and did not use my situation against me. I will be (and have already) be referring a couple of people toward Millennium Honda and specifically to Franklin Toribio. Kudos. I will revisit this review and dealership again when I use the service department. Bill Barbe gets 3 stars from me not because of any lack of performance but because I was contacted too often via email. Email and texts from this dealership wreak of bot/AI usage. In my recent experience with Aneudy Vargas the sales manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their voice and acted erratically when I expressed that I did not agree with the deal they were offering. When I tried to communicate that I did not wish to engage in prolonged negotiations, the sales manager became visibly frustrated and confrontational. To my surprise, the sales manager then made disparaging comments about the value of my current vehicle, suggesting that I was only receiving a good equity because of a temporary market shortage, and that the vehicle would be worthless compared to one of his new cars. I found these remarks unhelpful and inappropriate. Overall, I was disappointed by the sales manager's conduct and believe that their behavior cost Honda a valuable customer. I hope that in the future, this individual can demonstrate more professionalism and respect for their customers. More
