He even tried to convince me that I needed $1500 more in services, including changing the engine and cabin filters and new tires, which were completely unnecessary. This guy tried to turn a routine oil change on a well-maintained car with no issues into $2200 worth of work. Stay away from these people. More

I am very unhappy with my visit and this guy tried to sell me unnecessary services. My visit was for an alignment, which was performed but did not resolve the issue. This guy stated I needed other wor sell me unnecessary services. My visit was for an alignment, which was performed but did not resolve the issue. This guy stated I needed other work done to ensure the alignment issue resolves, only to tell me this after the alignment service was done, not before during I initial inspection. A lot of unnecessary services all of a sudden appeared and exceeded well over thousands of dollars. I've been very unhappy with this location since being bought out by Murgado Automotive Group. This location was much better before the acquisition. I advise taking your business elsewhere. More

If you think you are going for a simple oil change...be ready to pay for extras that you likely don't need. Or, if you're like me, a loyal, valuable customer who has a well-maintained car, bringing it in for a recalled repair - which is FREE from Honda, you leave with major engine damaged caused by faulty parts and improper installation. Replaced the fuel pump parts, returned the car to me with all the dashboard lights lit up, then proceeded to tell me it was a faulty o-ring. Seriously, faulty parts as a recall replacement? It's true. Got the car back and after one day of driving, I hit the lottery and somehow blew the head gasket. Some say it cannot be related, as Honda did, but others...true mechanical professionals would disagree. Honda Libertyville's service team/manager thinks people are stupid. They told me the full repair costs (including service I didn't need and previously declined because I just had it done a couple months ago) totaled ~$7500. FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FREE RECALL PART. Honda Libertyville doesn't care they see dollar signs. After arguing for a MONTH, the cost amazingly came down to ~$2600. I was held hostage for these repairs and had no choice. This place is a major scam...read the reviews before wasting your time and money. Stay away from any/all Murgado owned dealerships. They are a theft ring in plain sight. Oh, forgot to mention...good luck getting a loaner car, if needed. Magically, with a lot full of cars (shocker...that aren't getting sold), they will not have one available for you. Took me 3 weeks to finally get one. Did I mention they flat out don't care? More
