I’m happy to own a Toyota, I can’t say the same about the experience I had here. The negotiation process was frustrating and disappointing. I felt that the approach taken by the sales team was pushy, dismissive, and at times outright disrespectful. Rather than working with me in good faith, it seemed like they were more interested in wearing me down than earning my trust. I expected a more professional and courteous interaction, especially when making such a significant purchase. The only reason I went through with the deal was because I believe in the Toyota brand and the quality of their vehicles—not because of the service I received at this dealership. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how they treat customers during the sales process. Buying a car should be exciting, not exhausting. More
