Horrible communication, loaners take forever to reserve, can’t fix an issue from day 1, service times take way too long, lots of changeover in service advisor staff. I’m no longer under warranty and will not go back here unless absolutely necessary. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve had multiple issues over the last 4 years, spoken with customer service and management and it just seems to get worse. Sorry, PL, you’ve had many chances to get it right. I must warn others. More
