I had appointment for an oil change tire rotation and then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just t then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just to tell me that they didn’t have time to drive it and that they would need a whole day for that and asked if they could keep it over the holiday weekend.
