GREAT service from Fred Olsen! We own two Toyotas (neither is new) and they are both running perfectly thanks to Fred Olson who makes sure we get what we need done, but never cheats We own two Toyotas (neither is new) and they are both running perfectly thanks to Fred Olson who makes sure we get what we need done, but never cheats us or tries to sell us stuff we don't need (I have had very bad experience with dishonest service reps before). If Fred ever leaves, I doubt that I will bring my cars to this service department. He's THE BEST! More

Top Notch I needed an oil change for our 2011 Sienna and wanted to get windshield tinting. I contacted Sarah Zimmerman as I had dealt with her when we purchase I needed an oil change for our 2011 Sienna and wanted to get windshield tinting. I contacted Sarah Zimmerman as I had dealt with her when we purchased total car tinting earlier this year. She knows how to devote full attention to the person she is serving, listens intently, makes sure she understands her customer's needs and then makes sure her customer is totally satisfied before letting them drive off the lot. I have found that to be true for another service writer named Fred Olson. I have worked with him for many hears and he has always served us with great care and concern for our needs. Too, he is very personal and always strives to do what's best for his customers and their vehicles. I love taking our vehicles to this Larry H. Miller's store as I know we will get the best treatment and service possible. We always feel welcome like we're family! More

Not their finest hour First of all, I love this dealer. We have done business with LHM for many years including this particular dealership. My son's pickup required some First of all, I love this dealer. We have done business with LHM for many years including this particular dealership. My son's pickup required some major engine work. Apparently one of the parts that failed was on an extended warranty but did not apply to us because of the mileage on the vehicle. Okay - so we are responsible - just bad timing. Next issue: the dealer was kind enough to offer a military discount. We were extremely grateful, One minor problem: There was a $150 cap on the discount and the cost of repairs was $2500. So now, I'm not a happy camper, but rules are rules. Finally, It's a beautiful day in January and 45 degrees. You would think they could have run the vehicle through the wash - Not likely.. The good news is - the pickup was fixed and the dealer included a one year warranty to cover the repairs. We still recommend this dealer. But on this occasion, we left the dealership feeling a little disappointed. Maybe, a clean vehicle would have helped ease the pain of a high cost repair bill.,,,,, More
