12 years service, won't go anywhere else I have been taking my 2007 Camry Hybrid to Liberty for 12 years, since it was new! As a result, it still runs like new. I get the "land package" of three full service oil changes and it is a far better deal than anywhere else I could take it. Plus, I don't have to worry if I am being told something needs replacing that really doesn't. It is such a comfort to have a mechanic I can trust to take care of my car thoroughly and honestly. As a result, we also take my husband's 2003 Honda Element and our 97 Honda Civic there as well. Clearly, proper maintenance is key to auto longevity! Thank you, Fred! Maya thanks you, too, for the treats! More

Shawna was covering for Paul and did a great job. I needed to bring in my RAV4 when Paul wasn't going to be there and he recommended Shawna. They have a great team (Paul, Fred, & and did a great job. Great service...poor time managment. I scheduled an appointment last Thursday, 12 Sep to have a 7-pin tow plug added to my factory installed 4-pin connector and hitch on my 2018 Highlande I scheduled an appointment last Thursday, 12 Sep to have a 7-pin tow plug added to my factory installed 4-pin connector and hitch on my 2018 Highlander The service technician, Randy Eacker, did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. But, as I've reported before, LHM Liberty Toyota needs to do a better job of managing their appointment schedule. I scheduled a 7 AM appointment to have two wires connected to a circuit breaker and the battery. The ticket was opened at 7:20 AM and closed at 10:39 AM. I was charged for one hour of labor. If accurate, I should've been finished at the LHM Liberty service center by 8:30 AM...at the latest. Instead, it was almost 11 AM when I left. Once again, I encourage this dealership to investigate their appointment scheduling issues to better manage the service center's work and reduce their customer's lengthy wait times. More

Early REsponse I brought our car in early to leave it overnight to be serviced the following day. In addition, my regular service writer was off for the day, but Pa I brought our car in early to leave it overnight to be serviced the following day. In addition, my regular service writer was off for the day, but Paul stepped up and got me signed in and I was able to be on my way. The bay crew are also to be commended in that they continued to make sure the service writers knew why I was there unexpectedly. More

Service Wait Times Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seem Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seems to me that if you schedule an appointment for routine maintenance at regular mileage intervals, LHM could figure out how to perform the service and have you back on the road inside of an hour. Each time I've taken our vehicles in for their 5, 10, 15K, etc. service appointment it takes between an hour an half and two hours to complete these relatively simple and routine maintenance activites. May I suggest these regular service appointments be handled in an expedited manner by an experienced dedicated team so that customers can expect to spend no more than 45 minutes to an hour waiting at the dealership. More
