Let me also add, that we got the car we purchased detailed, highly recommend, it, they did a fabulous job on it. I was not going to buy from Cable/Dahmer because of bad experience with dealership in 2006. Met David Nichols Jr salesman. He showed me 2012 Tahoe that looked like what we wanted color and mileage. David Nichols Jr was able to get me accessorizies added to Tahoe that made it a perfect car i was looking for at a great price. He had it detailed in there detail shop which they did a excellent job. It was such a good job i had my 2003 Tahoe detailed there and it looks like a new car inside and out. I would highly recommend David Nichols Jr as salesmen he tries to do what will make you have the perfect vehicle. I had very pleasant experience with Fred Rizi, Joe Amezcua, Clayton Ward in finance dept also with Mike Kline in service. buying a new 2014 chevy 1500, trading in 2012 Patrick contacted me by phone if I was interested in a new truck. After meeting with him he was very helpful in finding me a truck that I liked . Pa Patrick contacted me by phone if I was interested in a new truck. After meeting with him he was very helpful in finding me a truck that I liked . Patrick got a hold of Dalton to figure out a price I could live with and a price for my old truck. After a back and forth a few times he came up with a price I could live with. This also included a linex spray for my bed and the transfer of my truck cover to my new truck. I met with Fred to figure out the paperwork and he asked if I was going to keep my truck for awhile. He suggested if I was to think about an extended warranty for my truck. After thinking about it the next day I decided to get warranty. I thank Fred for talking to me about it. Fred in finance was very professional, clearly explained the paper work and answered all questions, plus locked in a Fantastic interest rate and sold me on the tire and wheel protection plan. Cable Dahmer, was recommended to me by my neighbor, who purchased a Corvette from Cable Dahmer about a 1/2 ago, He had all positve comments. I'm really glad I took my neighbors advice and gave Cable Dahmer a visit. I was looking for a new 2014 1le Camaro, Cable Dahmer literally had in stock every color of Camaros on the lot to choose from, equipped will all different combinations. I was given a loner car to drive while waiting for my newly purchased Camaro to have a few after market items installed. Friendly employees, just Great service all the way around. Great Experience End to End I came in wanting information on the new 2015 Colorado's and walked out with a 2014 Silverado. I will say that the reason that I actually visited the I came in wanting information on the new 2015 Colorado's and walked out with a 2014 Silverado. I will say that the reason that I actually visited the dealership was because of Sarah Rowland. She was very courteous and actively worked to understand my needs and get me to the right person to get my questions and concerns answered. I was honestly not looking to buy right then. I discovered a 2014 Silverado that had been a courtesy vehicle, so the vehicle was discounted, but still qualified for all of the incentives. I knew right then that I could get a crew cab Silverado for roughly what I would pay for one of the new Colorado's. I submitted an inquiry, and Sarah took the information and passed it on to Josh, while providing me with information in the interim while I was waiting for Josh to call me back. I test drove the vehicle, and felt no pressure to buy the vehicle from Josh whatsoever. After going round and round on price (my one complaint about car shopping. I shoot you straight, I want you to do the same. Josh did, but the sales manager did not), we were unable to come to an agreement, and it was left at that. I called the next morning, and negotiated more on price only to find out that the vehicle was already "sold" by the other store. Josh found out later on that was false, and we ended up agreeing to terms. Dealing with Fred in finance was a pretty pleasant experience, although I did feel as if his life depended on me buying the Extended Service Contract. Overall, Marty and the leadership of Cable-Dahmer should be proud of the way their dealership operates. I never got the sense that I was seen as dumb or easy like some dealers will make you feel. (It helps that sales and finance are in my background.) Kudos to everyone for the excellent experience. More

The psychological games of moving your trade somewhere that you can no longer see it and the taking the offers back and forth to another room to try and make the buyer nervous are not an effective sales tool with me. It makes me angry and not want to continue doing any business at all. The perks offered by the dealership are very nice. Free oil changes, dent repair etc. are a much better way to try and sell me a vehicle. Sarah Rowland was very communicative and personable as the online representative I dealt with, I highly compliment her and her work helping me make this purchase. Larry Lavender was a good salesman as well. Fred Rizi in the finance department did an outstanding job for me too. More
