After I return home I found an email from the you guys that stated that we need a filter. Steve got a text message and responded to it to go ahead and change the filter. Well to say the least that was not that stated that we need a filter. Steve got a text message and responded to it to go ahead and change the filter. Well to say the least that was not done. Once I was home Steve called and spoke with a young girl who stated that they spoke with me about the filter, which was a lie. I sat there and waited on the vehicle and no one spoke to me about the filter that neede to be changed. We live in dahlonega Georgia which is about an hour away, so when the girl stated “oh we’ll just bring it back and we will change it” . Very poor customer service. We are already upset about that the salesman lied about the size of the engine in the bronco we wanted the bigger engine and he was very much aware of that and instead we got the smaller engine so with this combine with what happened when we came in for an oil change tire rotation I was very disappointed, so I just feel at this time we will have to have our service on somewhere else and we won’t be recommending you to anyone. More
