The final price was higher than what was advertised online, and I had to sit through multiple sales pitches for add-ons and extended warranties that I had no interest in. When the car was finally brought out, the windows were dirty, and the tires were noticeably low on air. Since the purchase, I’ve been repeatedly contacted by the salesperson and dealership for reviews and surveys, which feels excessive. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my visit. More

We needed immediate service at the Ford location in West Valley right after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved even after seven weeks. Southtowne’s service team failed to communicate throughout the process. We received no updates and had to repeatedly call just to find out where our vehicle was. There was a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. Thankfully, we connected with Brandon at the West Valley store, who has been outstanding. He’s continued to support us long after the sale, and we’re still working with him to get things resolved. It would have made a world of difference if someone from Southtowne had simply reached out.
