I have multiple issues with a vehicle I purchased upon delivery- multiple interior pieces broken, an aftermarket air filter that should use oil with no oil so it’s not filtering, had a significant trans n delivery- multiple interior pieces broken, an aftermarket air filter that should use oil with no oil so it’s not filtering, had a significant trans noise and crawled under the vehicle. The cause of the noise is the drive shaft is binding however I did find a leak on the tail shaft of the trans. This was all upon arrival. I was not initially concerned because I had not put many miles on the vehicle, maybe 15 miles or so at the time. And some issues were there immediately (broken interior parts) so I just communicated these issues to the dealer confident they would assist. I was shocked to quickly learn that they were not going to do anything and I have screen shots to prove how one thing was said and nothing done. For days after the sale trying to communicate issues and was informed “we will show this to our service department” Laughable that their service department advised that it’s normal for components to “sweat” I work in a service department and that’s the most creative term I’ve hear for a leak. lol. Seep is when there is oil stain on the metal but dear lord not a collection of fluid that is collecting dirt and slinging fluid on the underneath of the car. Sweating. 🤷♂️ Part of what the salesman boasted about was how thorough the service inspection was and the biggest reason I decided to purchase. I asked - I thought you guys checked this, remember how proud you were to show me the invoices ? Like they weren’t just added to the price of the car? (I have pictures and screenshots) 🤔and This is a king ranch expedition 😬and I’m just blown away how poor this has been. 😳i even asked about the exchange program because the car is so bad, and was actually hopeful to get rid of this truck 🙏 the exchange program (which is amazingly terrible) because that’s not what it is - unless you just want to pay mark up twice on what your returning and then given a price on an alternative which is so high you wouldn’t do it in your right mind so that’s your “exchange” option. 😡I’ve had far less issues with other transactions in the last met with much more urgency and more importantly -a resolution! What a concept ! The only bright side is that at-least this will hopefully be the worst experience I’ll have during the remainder of my time on earth. Lesson learned and it’s the hard way - wouldn’t do business with Kelly ford ever again. 👎I’ve had bad dealer issues once or twice (or so I thought) maybe not bad just not ideal to start with. This one takes #1 by a margin 🏆 There’s too many good dealers to use someone who literally leaves you hanging. Shame on you Kelly Ford. More

Purchasing my second F150 from Kelly Ford went as great as the first one did. I got a very good deal and could not be happier except for the extensive surface rust on the underside of the truck. My first Kelly Ford F150 I kept for 19 1/2 years and hope this lasts the same. Will always highly recommend Kelly Ford. More
