Buying your first car is terrifying. I had very little idea of what to expect and my father is away on a work trip, so I didn’t have his guidance. I walked into Pine Belt Subaru with low expectations and anxiety, but was greeted with positive energy and kindness by Geovannie almost immediately. I had been told that car salesmen are pushy and conniving, but the opposite could not have been more true. Geovannie was kind, fun, helpful, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable from the start and guided me through the entire process. Never once did I feel like I was being forced toward a deal or intimidated into settling for something that wasn’t right for me. He was attentive and thorough, and genuinely cared about every aspect of my experience. Often, I have felt that as a young woman I’m often not taken seriously, especially in an auto arena. But I felt incredibly respected and valued by Geovannie and the rest of the dealership staff. Pine Belt Subaru was a friendly and welcoming environment, that felt less like a corporate dealership and more like buying a car from a trusted friend. And I could not be happier with the car I decided to go with. My family will definitely be coming back, and I cannot endorse both Geovannie and Pine Belt enough. More

Best experience ever! This was my first new car, and to get it during Covid-19 Fred and everyone at Pinbelt Subaru made it so easy. My parents have a Subaru from there and This was my first new car, and to get it during Covid-19 Fred and everyone at Pinbelt Subaru made it so easy. My parents have a Subaru from there and they also like working with them. I was going to work with another Subaru dealership because of color and they would not work with me at all and did not make things easy. I will be recommending Pinbelt Subaru to everyone and I love my Impreza wagon. More
