Fred made the process of purchasing our 2020 Subaru Forrester easy. It’s usually quite stressful but not this time. We didn’t feel pressure at all. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. Fred was one of the best salesmen I have ever had. So knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. No pressure, and definitely knows Subaru. Highly recommended Visited two dealers prior to my visit to Pine Belt Subaru. Felted rushed and uncomfortable in those other places. Then visited Pine Belt. Double check your math and understand their pricing Make sure you double check the final documents before signing. and maybe bring a calculator. I waited for the finance buy to do my paperwork, but didn't get a finance guy, just my salesperson. I wish I had waited for the finance guy because I don't know who did the math and would have answered by questions better. First, The price quoted ended up NOT being the price on my purchase sheet, just the deal sheet - they add in $695 for their rewards program and get a whole new number which is confusing. The salesperson pointed out that registration is separate. Yes, it's common that registration and fees are not in the quoted car sale price. However when I asked on the price sheet the $595 fee, I said that is high for registration. He basically didn't respond. He never told me that it didn't even include the registration, that is only their doc fees. Registration is yet extra. I didn't find that out until I got the call 3 weeks later that my registration was in to pick up and I owed $165 more. After I got home and looked over the papers, I realized I had been overcharged. When I contacted the salesperson he basically told me they hold to a OTD price on a sheet , but it only has 3 numbers (your quoted price for new car, trade in and OTD (out the door) with no other math! The sales manager Ryan reviewed the issue, and he figured out they did overcharge me and says he is sending me a refund, but haven't received it yet. And in respect to the $595 doc fees, he said they make up for in their pricing, so know when you agree to a price on a car, add in $600 for doc fees plus registration, not the $300 average from other dealers. More

My sales guy Fred Bodtmann was a big help. I went to Pine Belt Subaru just to look. He showed me what the Impreza had to offer without being pushy. I then went to look at ither makes. Subaru was the best car Belt Subaru just to look. He showed me what the Impreza had to offer without being pushy. I then went to look at ither makes. Subaru was the best car for me.
