The sales director met me personally, when I arrived at the dealership, and introduced me to a sales rep, that was really kind, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made me feel important and valued as a customer. In fact, everyone that I dealt with Michael, Fred, Abigail, and the financial manager were superb. Special kudos to to Fred, my sales agent. He made this the best and most comfortable car buying experience, I have ever had. This is the third car, I have bought from the Southern Group, and each experience has been great. I told him my situation he found the best option for and guide me with his knowledge on the vehicle I chose which was the Ford Taurus he took my information and my papers work done Saturday evening. By Sunday evening I decided I wanted a SUV which we talked about but I went with the car. On Monday I ask for Fred and I told him I wanted a SUV instead. He just smiled and said ok. We found a SUV I liked. Paper work was done he took the car and had cleaned up for my departure. The staff that Fred worked with to make me a happy customer was also fantastic.
