This was probably the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had. I contacted the dealership upon opening, received a quick response from their sales person, Frida, and had an offer on my trade-in tha have ever had. There was no back-and-forth for hours upon hours. Upon getting to the dealership, I was in the door and out in one hour. That hasn’t happened to me in years and it was a great feeling. I will definitely shop this dealership in the future as it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. More

Frida knew our budget as we could not strike a deal on another car. She kept us and our budget in mind and as soon as she saw another car coming on the lot that was within our budget, even before the car another car. And within a few hours, we had all the information about the car that we needed before we stop by to test drive the same day. Upon our request, she sent me a video of the car too, as we live in Dallas. She stayed up after hours at the dealership to help us take the test drive. The price was fair for the mile and year of the car around DFW area and NO crazy markups or fees. Just reasonable doc fee and TTL. We took the test drive and showed up next day on Saturday noon and we were out with the new car by late afternoon. We may have ended up with another car with little higher mileage if Frida had not reached us. Thank you Frida and Four Stars Ford. We are happy with our car and the process. PS: Do not let the location mislead you in believing otherwise. They are moving to a new bigger location soon. More
