The salesperson made it seem like there would be no problem removing the ~$4000 in dealer added on fees, but when it came time to do the deal, the sales manager said they had no room to negotiate at all. When I complained to the manager of the dealership, he finally offered to take some small amount off if I could prove I was a Costco member. We left and told them not to contact me until they could meet the price I agreed on with the salesperson. They called me two days later with the same price they offered that I walked out on. We held out until they took some additional money off and decided to go through with the purchase because they had the color we wanted.
We waited two hours from the time the deal was agreed on until we were able to get into the financing office. When we finally took delivery of the vehicle, the children they have working in the service department had smeared some garbage "ceramic" coating all over the car that looked terrible, and they scratched the xxxx out of it in the process.

Hi and thank you for sharing with us, however not completely sure you have the correct dealership because we would NOT ever offer to lower because of COSTCO, that is a partnership we require a process for so that is not acceptable. In addition, we do not require dealer adds knowing this is also improper, we do offer items - the only required item is the window tint which is already on the vehicles. The problem in this review is our Sales team knows to not do either of these items. Our dealership managers also could not offer to negotiate this way knowing its improper. We are sorry to read about your experience and our General Sales Mgr is always available to speak with anyone wanting to talk directly as we truly care for each customer / buyers. We always offer to meet with anyone who purchases from us to see if there is something we can come up with to assist as quickly as possible. Please look at the dealership address and confirm you did purchase at 8424 W. Bell Rd, and if so please do call to speak with our Customer Support team. Kindly.

It was most certainly your dealership, I remember it well. The sales manager Kevin was the one who told me he couldn't remove a single dollar off the dealer add ons after Caleb made it seem like a possibility. While I was waiting two hours for finance, I heard another salesperson explaining to a couple how they couldn't remove the dealer add ons. Even the General Manager himself advised that they couldn't remove the dealer add ons, because that's what allowed them to advertise such a low price to get people in the door. The General Manager was also the one who provided the discount via Costco, despite me not having a Costco membership. Everything about my experience was improper. I only went through with the purchase because you had the color I wanted.
Your response is full of lies. There are plenty of Google reviews for your dealership that explain the same deceptive practice. Don't gaslight me.
