My car guy Bill Hernandez did most of the communication with the dealership staffing. While both Luke and Shea had to be away when I flew in to get my new to me vehicle (it was late in the evening), every with the dealership staffing. From the moment I inquired about a vehicle,I was reached out right away from Paul Ramos who was very nice in setting up my appointment for the following day . The day I went in was greeted right away from Luke . I appreciated his salesmanship in being himself and not overwhelming or pushy he was truly amazing to be with ,he had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. After my test drive it was down to negotiations and that’s where Nate the sales manager stepped in and listened to my needs and stepped right up to the plate. From there I went to the financing department and met with Pedro, who closed the paperwork efficiently and was also a joy to work with. Your whole team in my experience was delightful from start to finish. Everyone was natural and down to earth which made this experience a true delight . Great work on your staff of employees. I’m sure the follow up work on my vehicle needs will go just as smooth. More

Horrible service from the sales department. Lied to my face multiple times. All sales managers have been lying to me, making up excuses.
