Expected us to drive their defective vehicle back to their dealership 5-6 hours away after giving us a hard time on returning it! This was 9 hours into the purchase of said vehicle! We knew as consumers the law protects us especially 72 hours within the contract! Joshua was the only person most empathetic, but our sales manager Rene was absolutely a nightmare to deal with! More
