I appreciate his time and his effort that he put towards helping me find a great first car. We walked through different options (such as leasing and buying) to see what would be the best option for me as a recent graduate. To be frank, I did feel slight pressure in the beginning stages of buying and when working on the financial bit towards the end, but once we both had an understanding of what exactly I needed, things went really well. I think some of the words used when comparing other dealerships or third-parties would be changed when working with customers to ensure the customer does not feel bad. (ex. I mentioned Costco discounts, and they were referred to as "third party scavengers", and I don't think that was quite necessary). However, the experience was still positive, and I'll be contacting Greg as I want to add accessories to my new Crosstrek. More

Excellent Service I was in a car accident at the start of the year, so safety was my number one priority when choosing a new car. My family and I did a lot of research, I was in a car accident at the start of the year, so safety was my number one priority when choosing a new car. My family and I did a lot of research, selecting several cars from different makers falling under the Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS. We didn’t know much about Subaru prior to visiting the dealership aside from their fun, family-friendly commercials. Greg was the gentleman who assisted us during our car buying experience. He wasn’t a high-pressure salesman, which I appreciated. He was easy to talk to and, since I had no previous experience buying a car, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Tom Wood Subaru was the first dealership of many that I visited and they set the bar high when I left to test more cars. My family and I came back three times to test drive the car. It handles great and for someone used to driving small cars, it gives plenty of ground clearance without feeling too big. I love my Crosstrek; it had 6 miles on it when I purchased the car and drove 40 in the first day! More

Just took the car on a 14 hr trip and LOVE We recently purchased our first Subaru Outback from Greg B. at TW Subaru and we're definitely very pleased! Just took the car on a 14 hr trip and LOVE it. As for the purchasing experience, it was clear, efficient, no-pressure, and courteous. Greg was great at making himself available and accessible, and had his own little test driving course that allowed us to really see all the features of the Outback, both in terms of technology and off-roading. For two fairly "city kids", that was fun and enlightening. Greg never pushed extra features and was honest in telling us that some features we were considering were probably more than we needed. We came in several times to test drive due to awkward schedules and it was never an issue. We were even able to take the car home with us to drop off baby before returning to dealership. The dealership itself is newly renovated and as a new mother, I very much appreciate the two levels of waiting area for future services. The "quiet area" upstairs will be very helpful if I have a napping or feeding baby with me. Overall, can highly recommend TW Subaru for quality of service and depth of inventory. So helpful that once we chose the car and features we wanted, we could buy and drive it home that day. More
