DAMIAN STIEP & GABRIEL CAMPS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! First of all I HAVE to say that this review is well OVERDUE! I just moved back to the States and I decided to lease AGAIN from Mercedes Benz Coral Gab First of all I HAVE to say that this review is well OVERDUE! I just moved back to the States and I decided to lease AGAIN from Mercedes Benz Coral Gables for many reasons. Let me just give HONOR to where HONOR is due: Damian Stiep (sales rep) is AMAZING! He helped me so much the first time I leased from MBCG. He is patient, kind, extremely informative, he knows I think every information on every car, literally, it's actually pretty impressive and Mercedes Benz is blessed to have him on board. Damian has always helped me by making the transaction go super smooth. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. NEVER once have I felt "forced" to sign a lease or buy a car. Damian would ask me what I was interested in, if there were any specific features I wanted the car to have etc., he would take it from there and give me the options which definitely were the best for me. That's so important for anyone wanting to buy or lease. I really hope Mercedes Benz gives him a raise and or recognition, promotion for his EXCELLENT customer service. So much, that I even decided to leave a review publicly. Also I would like to honor Gabriel Camps (sales manager) at Mercedes Benz Coral Gables. He has helped me so much in making sure everything worked out smoothly. He would answer any additional questions I would have (which were quite a few LOL) and never once did he make me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, Gabriel wanted to make sure that I had peace about everything and that I felt happy. Something else I noticed about Gabriel is that he definitely is an EFFICIENT multitasker. WOW! He would help me, then help a sales rep, then help another client and everyone would get their questions taken care of and quick. THAT is a true gem! VERY PROFESSIONAL! I really hope Mercedes Benz also gives Gabriel a raise, extra paid vacation time and a promotion. Mercedes Benz Coral Gables is blessed to have them working for you guys! I love my new 2019 Mercedes Benz car and I will CONTINUE to refer friends and family members TO DO business with Mercedes Benz Coral Gables.
