Poor service all around. Had to wait 40 minutes for salesperson to find the used car that I wanted to test drive. Got a low-ball offer for my Nissan that I was trading in. The sales manager acted like he was better than us, was not willing to negotiate, was pushy, and almost did not want to let us leave. I took my car to Carmax and another dealership and they both offered 4 times more for my car than Middletown Nissan again. I will never go here again and will tell anyone that I can about the poor experience I had, from top to bottom. More
