Reported the fraudulent business tactics to BBB, our attorneys and the state Attorney General's office. Now JEEP, a brand we used to trust, doesn't even make a spare for their vehicles, instead throw in a tire pump and tells you to call roadside assistance when you have a BLOWOUT at 2,000 miles on their cheap off-brand tires. More

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Grant my salesperson kept me informed of everything going on and answering any questions I had. My only issue is we had an appointment to look at a truck, and while I ran a little late because I was dropping my daughter off at college, when we got there they loaned the truck out before hand to a customer getting their vehicle worked on knowing I was coming to look at it. They did compensate me for my 1.5hr 1 way drive by filling up my gas tank and then driving the truck out to me a couple days later so I can drive it and look it over. Very professional and great staff. They were not pushy and rushing me in my decision. Even when I stated I was looking at other trucks at the time. I will use them in a year or two when I buy my new toy jeep. More
