I have purchased from Rallye Lexus, Acura I had the pleasure of purchasing two vehicles from Rallye BMW. My mother and I both bought the 2014 BMW X5. I have purchased from Rallye Lexus, Acura and Mercedes Benz; but the service and professionalism of Rallye BMW is far superior than the others. Our salesperson, was a gentleman named Gabriel Hale. He was extremely knowledge and professional. We sincerely appreciated the fact that he took the time and energy to listen to our concerns. My mother was looking for a special interior leather tone. The showroom didn't have any on the floor to show, Gabriel pulled up his own car and showed us what it would look like. This made making the decision much easier for us. Additionally, we were confused between two brands (BMW vs Lexus) and different models (X5 vs 5 series). Gabriel laid out to us the pro and cons of the BMWs, helped us test drive both cars and helped us make the right decision on what model to purchase. He said to us, "Pick the car that is right for you, even if it isn't BMW." Again, this statement speaks volumes on the quality salesmans and culture of Rallye BMW. Also, after purchasing the car, Gabriel checked in on us (like a doctor does with a patient) to make sure the car was comfortable, if we had any questions etc. We had a question regarding setting up the garage door opener, he sent us a youtube link that showed us how to program the door opener. Very helpful! All in all, I'm extremely satisfied by my experience from Rallye BMW. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. More

Gabriel took us on a test drive of the X5 and patiently showed us all the features of the car. He then sat down with us to customize the car to our liking. The new X5 arrived sooner than we expected, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish Gabriel was very patient with us, we were so thrilled with his service that we also recommended him to our neighbor who is also looking for a new BMW.
