The experience was unmatched by any other in the past because of his expertise in the product and enthusiasm helping us get the perfect deal . I never paid full asking price for a new car but he carefully explained why it was at a premium and chose the select financing to bring my payment close to what I was at on my older x5 and now miles are not restricted . It's refreshing to see the hiring of youthful and talented staff because its what every company needs to improve. I thought the price was to good to be true on a pre owned 7 series so I called the dealer was connected with a gentleman Gabriel . it was a simple transaction. we were trying to purchase our pampered and pristine m3 convertible off lease. my wife and i had an appointment with a specific salesman who at the last minute as we entered d our pampered and pristine m3 convertible off lease. my wife and i had an appointment with a specific salesman who at the last minute as we entered dealership was informed he went home ill. to be honest we both looked at each other and said" here we go another simple straight forward deal at a car dealership going south". In stepped Gabriel Hale who introduced himself and asked us to explain what we needed and from there he was incredible. Within record time we were explained all our options of purchase with rates and incentives. We made a deal talked about Gabriels own incredible new car that he is really proud of.. (it is beautiful). Escorted to business partner who explained the other bells and whistles we could need to protect our investment..We purchased just the rim and tire protection through BMW since our rims and tires are specific to the M3. Got an appointment for the car to be inspected for CPO and off we went. Dropped off car at said appointment with Gabriel waiting to again explain process. Returned on appointment to sign papers and pick up our new/CPO M3...Truly i dropped off my wife to sign papers while i had to do carpool. Returned in about an hour to find everyone smiling and waiting for me. Gabriel handed me the goodies he promised plus out his pocket he handed me his personal first M STYLE KEYCHAIN THAT HE SAID WAS LUCKY FOR HIM!
