We dread going to dealerships to look at cars and negotiate a purchase or lease. Our experience at Rallye BMW and with our salesperson Gabriel Hale made the entire process easy and pleasant. We had difficulty choosing between an X3 and X5 and Gabriel patiently walked us through multiple options for each as it related to our lifestyle and was very competitive with pricing. In the end we went with an x5, which we love. Aja Dewling deftly handled our finance application and transferring the registration and insurance. We needed to return our leased vehicle to another dealer which made coordinating the purchase of our new BMW difficult and Gabriel went above and beyond by picking us up at the other dealer and having everything ready at Rallye and efficiently moved us into our new x5 and arranged for a product specialist to review all the features of the car and program our phones and options. Gabriel's clear dedication to excellent customer service did not end with delivery; He checked in to see how we liked the car and then spent over an hour on the phone with us subsequently answering questions and helping to guide us through programming additional features. Even after hours, Gabriel has been responsive to our follow-up questions. This definitely ranked as the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had and I highly recommend Gabriel, Aja and the rest of the team at Rallye. More

This was our first time purchasing a BMW. The overall experience at Rallye was terrific. We were greeted everytime that we came in, offered a drink and a place to wait. Our advisor was Gabriel Hale.
