Should give zero stars made an appt.to view a car i had seen a week or so b4 its an hr. And a half drive there and i brought my wife and son so they can drive our vehicle home so i can bring the durango home.i get there someone else is test driving the vehicle then checking things out and decides to buy it now i know i didnt pit a deposit down but it was pretty obvious i was coming to buy it.still i made an appt.they should have gave the man a test drive and said the car is pending a sale from a previous buyer.i would have come and even though i was certain in my mind to buy it if i didnt they could have called the guy and said the sale fell through and sold it to him.nothing like sitting there while someone else is buying the car you came to buy.then the salesman was too cowardly"gabriel" to come out and tell me to my face.he calls me from inside the building sorry sir the car just sold! Awful business practices---awful customer service---- awful car dealership----buyer beware!!!! Look at more negative reviews on here if you dont believe me. AWFUL!!AWFUL!!AWWWWWFUUUUUUULLLL!!!! More
