Most dealers, in my observations, don’t really listen to what the customer is saying and live by the mentality that “You don’t tell “US” what car you want, we tell “YOU” what car you want.”. That was not my experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. Cynthia and Gabe listened to me, and acted on my wishes.
