I had a great buying experience at Galpin and particularly with Gabriel. Gabriel was very welcoming - we arrived 1 minute before closing but he made us feel welcome and like there was no rush. He was knowledgable about the MachE we were looking for. We took a few days to make a decision and Gabriel was helpful but not high-pressure. When I was ready to come in and buy I expected some kind of hassle (hidden fees, pre-installed dealer add ons, etc) and told Gabriel I don't want any of that. Zero surprises - I paid exactly what I expected, got the promotional financing, etc. No hassle, no hard sell on an upgrade. Gabriel's manager even sent me an uber so I could drive the car home easily. I would emphatically recommend this dealership and Gabriel in particular. More

The moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Gabriel. His nice personality and letting me see the car(Bronco) while explaining the features on the car was a nice overall experience for me!!! Gal Gabriel.
