Personable & willing to go out of their way to accommodate customers. As a whole, the team worked very well to make sure I was notified of updates while repairing my car. Without a doubt, the worst new car sales experience ever. I believe they lied to my wife to get a sale, saying they would pick up our car for service despite us living at least an hour away. My wife WILL NOT I believe they lied to my wife to get a sale, saying they would pick up our car for service despite us living at least an hour away. My wife WILL NOT GO to MBCH for service (Yes, I KNOW that's the answer) and, no surprise, MBAC service will not pick up our car so we just make a day of it to get routine service. I know we shouldn't have believed these guys but when both the salesman AND manager tell the same story, it adds credibility. Impossible to say we KNOW the sales guys lied but they create a problem, throw it over the fence to service and then walk away with their sales quota met, While I kick myself for falling for this nonsense, it's a one-time deal. We won't buy from another Piazza dealership and it's back to an LS we go. These people are just awful. More
