Had several lukewarm and even bad experiences with other dealerships before coming to Norm Reeves. The others were either indifferent (like, "were they even trying to sell me a car?" kinda bad) or they were dealerships before coming to Norm Reeves. The others were either indifferent (like, "were they even trying to sell me a car?" kinda bad) or they were just too pushy and wanted all my contact information before we even looked at a vehicle on the lot. Like bro, you have no business knowing my driver's license and personal contact info unless we close a deal..chill. I finally decided that I shouldn't just go to the closest dealer near me and made the far drive to Norm Reeves in West Covina after looking up some reviews. Best decision ever. Great experience right as I walked into the dealership! I was greeted by Francisco Alvarez, who was both friendly and helpful in getting right to the heart of the matter, which was to get me the exact car I wanted. He was more then willing to sit down with me to look over the numbers and went the extra mile to make sure my car had exactly what I was looking for as far as color, additional features, etc. If you are shopping for a car, I actually suggest you try other places first so that you can see the difference in quality of service when you finally come here. It makes you realize how much better Norm Reeves is compared to them and why they got all their good reviews! More

My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport on 08/06/2023. We had been looking at vehicles all evening at various other dealers and decided on West Covina Honda after later discovering their in on 08/06/2023. The fact that we arrived at the dealership after closing time didn’t discourage your excellent team. We were acknowledged promptly by staff but realized everyone was extremely busy finishing up with other customers on a Sunday night. However, several members of your team assured us not to worry as they would certainly take care of us as soon as possible. In short, we all were patient with each other and stuck around for a wonderful overall experience. Gabe Torres in sales was genuine, accommodating and professional as he guided us through the whole process serving our needs and negotiating a fair price. Amer ‘Jake’ Dababneh followed through with the financing and was also a pleasure to deal with. What a great experience! I am glad this dealer is close to home and will definitely say Hello to these two when I come in for maintenance visits. Your entire team deserves a five star review because they truly earned it with the highest level of customer service. I talked to a lot of dealerships last week, and some of them wasted my time telling me a price that I want to single out my salesman Gabe for praise. I talked to a lot of dealerships last week, and some of them wasted my time telling me a price that I wanted and then not having the car they said, pressuring and upselling me. Gabe was straightforward and down to earth and just a genuine person I felt ok trusting. I really appreciated that he, for example, encouraged me that I could get more for my old car at Carmax (true) and he even offered the extra nice gesture of picking me up from Carmax after instead of me Ubering back to West Covina, which was a small thing but honestly made the whole experience feel more friendly. I like that he really heard me about what I wanted and could afford and was transparent, found the car I wanted to a markup I agreed was reasonable (well, 2022 version of reasonable) and made an experience I find extremely stressful as unthreatening as possible. You should give him a raise or a bonus for giving your dealership a good name, because I will definitely recommend him to friends. More
