WORD OF ADVICE BEFORE YOU THINK OF GOING THERE:
Stay away from this Dealer, and NEVER deal with these three stooges.

- Gabriel (Salesman)
- Raul (Salesman)
I usually don't wanna waste my time doing this, but I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!
This week I went to the dealer to try and get a car with my wife -- we had previously purchased a car with them already, and so far, all was ok... till we came back again.
FIRST: The sales team
Gabriel, the salesman, he helped us first. At the beginning he seemed ok... until he helped us. He took our information, we did the four-square, the paperwork to see if we qualified. We went there late on Sunday night, and of course, understandably, they could not get an answer because the finance companies are obviously not open. So they told us to do the paperwork and they would contact us with the news... they never did.
I called them back on Tuesday asking them what was going on. Gabriel told me he had no news and he would call me back... he never did. So I once again called on Wednesday and spoke to Gabriel once again. He told me that we were NOT approved and that there was nothing he could do. I told him I wanted to go to the dealer to get some of my paperwork back and talk to Kirk, his boss (sales mngr) and Gabriel told me that they weren't there -- they were both off that day. So I went in anyways and guess what... they were both there. Why would he lie? I still don't understand why, but apparently they do this A LOT at this dealer.
SECOND: The sales team again
After I returned on Wednesday, I asked for another sales person because I no longer wanted to deal with Gabriel, so I dealt with Raul, the previous sales person I had done business with before. Kirk, the sales Mngr, also said he had thought that we were not approved. Apparantly HE also knew but decided NOT to call us and waste our time. But, again, we were there, and I thought things would get better with Raul... they did not.
Raul took our information once again and assured us that Gabriel was just useless and that he would take care of things. He did the entire thing once again, and Kirk... again, said "Oh, don't worry, I will take care of things and make sure I get you guys in your car!". They took ALL our info... once again, and assured us that things were going to work out. It was once again late at night so we wouldn't have an answer till Thursday; plus they had to find the car my wife wanted, a white color, and they would call us first thing in the morning... once again, NO ONE EVER DID!
So I followed up once again and it was like re-living the same bullshit I went through earlier in the week. Raul did NOT call, and when I texted him, he said he was asking the finance person and he would call me back... he did not, so I went there and asked for my papers back and got the fk out!
NEVER, EVER WILL I... EVER GO BACK TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!!

The overall buying experience at this dealership was altogether....awesome! Gabriel worked with us into the car that we wanted and was in our price range. He did an excellent job answering questions, concerns, and ultimately made our decision easy. Its employees like him that make the buying experience great. He is truly an asset to this company. Great job Gabriel and DCH Gardena Honda!
