Going to Wish Nissan is such a chore. The employees are not helpful, they are indifferent and don't seem to be competent for basic customer assistance duties. Everything went very well. I was waited on right away and the service only took an hour rather than two. Gabriela was very professional and courteous. The customer lounge was comfortable and I appreciated the coffee machine. Jesus Penaloza installed my newly purchased security cover in the hatchback--much appreciated! I will contact Gabriela from now on as my service advisor and was happy to note her cell phone is on her business card. I recommend this dealership highly. More

Sadly, everyone who works here seems angry, unhappy, or lacking basic customer service skills. You drop your car off and the technicians apparently work on cars 1st come 1st served. What's the point of an lacking basic customer service skills. You drop your car off and the technicians apparently work on cars 1st come 1st served. What's the point of an appointment then? I might as well just show up when they open! The result of this systems is having to bring the car back on another day for the actual repair after an end of the day diagnosis. It isn't user friendly, they aren't customer focused and I can only imagine how awful it must be to work there if this is how they treat their clientele. Additionally, you have to reach out to your service advisor. No initiative on their part to contact you. It's disappointing all around. More

FYI, this is truly the FINAL homework assignment following a service appointment that I will ever complete. As noted in my last homework assignment, the service department of Nissan of Van Nuys is vastly improved from the experiences I had years ago when I told myself “Never again.” The recent positive experiences I’ve had can DEFINITELY be attributed to Gabriela as well as the department manager — and pretty much every person with whom I’ve had contact.
