Sadly, everyone who works here seems angry, unhappy, or lacking basic customer service skills. You drop your car off and the technicians apparently work on cars 1st come 1st served. I might as well just show up when they open! The result of this systems is having to bring the car back on another day for the actual repair after an end of the day diagnosis. It isn't user friendly, they aren't customer focused and I can only imagine how awful it must be to work there if this is how they treat their clientele. Additionally, you have to reach out to your service advisor. No initiative on their part to contact you. It's disappointing all around. More
