Our experience with Heritage Toyota didn’t start out as well as we hoped, but that changed when Gabby stepped up to the plate and let us know the vehicle we were interested in had just become available and well as we hoped, but that changed when Gabby stepped up to the plate and let us know the vehicle we were interested in had just become available and we immediately paid the deposit. She kept us informed with every step in the process until the vehicle arrived on the lot. The environment was calm and clean and the staff were amazing.
