With both of our purchases, we never experienced any type of high pressure sales pitch, which made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress free. Our most recent purchase in July was particularly enjoyable due to our sales rep, Eliut. He was very polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made our test drive actually fun. The whole experience at Mastrovito was enjoyable from walking through the doors and being greeted with a smile at reception and the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies (very yummy) to working with the sales staff (Eliut), the finance team (Mike, our go-to guy), the service department (Braelynn and Ali, well organized, professional, accommodating, patient), and the tutorial specialist, Gabrielle (our favorite).
