I had requested to see a vehicle . Was promptly scheduled by Beth and followed up with to verify the appointment. On arrival the vehicle was parked with a note hanging from the mirror saying welcome with my name in it. It was a nice gesture of customer service. The sales rep Gab greeted me as I walked to the building and was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the vehicle: The price was not the same as discussed on the phone. The sales manager Sean promptly without discussion made sure the price was as discussed. The loan writer was courteous and not overly pushy with dealer add ons. Even the service tech who came out to remove a dealer sticker on the rear window was kind. I was in and out of the dealership with new car in hand in just about two hours. Which was lightning fast. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them More
