We originally looked for our Kia Telluride at several dealerships prior to settling on Brown Daub as they had good reviews and weren’t overcharging. My husband and I initially worked with Gabriela and she initially seemed to value our business. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, it was ready as promised but we were kept waiting while she attended to other customers. We love the Telluride but wish she would have valued our time a bit more and gone over the vehicle features. We were basically handed keys and told to call if we had any questions. Disappointed, expected a bit more personalized treatment when spending almost 50K! More
