Very laid back atmosphere with no high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated the fact that, unlike most Kia dealerships, they do not charge a market premium above MSRP for the Telluride, which made the tactics. I appreciated the fact that, unlike most Kia dealerships, they do not charge a market premium above MSRP for the Telluride, which made the negotiation solely about the value of my trade, for which I think they gave me a fair price. Gabrielle was a pleasure to work with. She answered my questions and was careful to explain all of the various features of my new car, and even laughed at my bad dad jokes. All in all a pleasurable car-buying experience. More
