I was interested in purchasing a 2020 Mercedes GTC from Perfect Auto Collection. The car looked spectacular online, price was high but workable. Called an spoke with Ron. He was friendly and sent me a buil Perfect Auto Collection. The car looked spectacular online, price was high but workable. Called an spoke with Ron. He was friendly and sent me a build sheet and CARFAX. No one, online or in the phone, mentioned tthe car was a “Buyback” vehicle. This means the car was repurchased by Mercedes under the lemon law. This was on the CARFAX report and it also failed emissions testing 6 times in at least 2 states. I called to speak to Ron to get the exact reasons this car was repurchased by Mercedes. Of course Ron was not available so I spoke with David. He said Mercedes performed the buy back because there was a tear in the convertible top. I told him I find that hard to believe. He said he would have Ron call me after they spoke with Mike (who is the buyer @ Perfect Auto). Of course no one followed up with me. So my conclusion? Perfect Auto is in the business of acquiring high end vehicles cheaply, misrepresenting the cars, and then selling for exponential profits. I checked other records and there are quite of number of disgruntled customers. I called the BBB and I was told that Perfect Auto had their accreditation revoked early in Feb. 2025 due to multiple complaints similar in nature to mine but people had actually bought vehicles and Perfect Auto refused to make things right. Upon digging further The blue amg gt 63 I bought from them had been serviced 4 months prior, with issues. It was delivered in a filthy state, with the coolant light on, then engine light came on with burning smell the following day. Rickety suspension and advertised mileage was incorrect upon receipt. Had to return the car and pay for shipping back to their dealership after they threatened not to refund me if I wouldn’t provide positive review. Purchased a different CPO car for same value from a different dealership. Avoid “Perfect Auto Collection” at all costs. More

Contacted the company after seeing the vehicle listed that I was interested in, had a lot of questions and concerns s just fantastic, second to none. Contacted the company after seeing the vehicle listed that I was interested in, had a lot of questions and concerns since I was living in another state and wasn't going to see the car before I purchased it. I was put in touch with Gigik (the owner) and he was very good at explaining what they do (return policies, shipping etc.) and what he will do (work with me) to put my mind at ease, which he did. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. This made me feel comfortable to deal with them. I was then put in touch with Ilona who worked with me from there on all the way up to the delivery of my car in another state. She was just superb from beginning to end handling. 1) Document signing; 2) Trade in; 3) Out of state Plates/registrations; 4) Delivery and Pick of Trade in (I did have a trade in, in the mix). Everything was seamless to me. The drop off of my purchase and the pick up of my trade was spot on and well planned. Again, this particular situation was new to me, buying a used car, out of state and not seeing it before purchasing it. I always bought brand new vehicles in my state and city; but Ilona made me feel at ease throughout this entire process. From the time I signed the documents to the time I received my car (including 500 mile distance delivery) was all done within 4 days. Beyond expectation. My experience has been fantastic and it has been a pleasure to work with the company. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Anthon C. More

In my more than 50 years of car buying, to say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in my life, would not be Well deserved. In my more than 50 years of car buying, to say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in my life, would not be an exaggeration. They made it quick and easy, with absolutely no BS. They even found a car loan 0.1% lower than my credit union. Found the exact car I was looking for, even though it was half way across the USA for me. Made one email. They responded with more pictures and clarified a few things. Had one phone call with Corey, in which we talked about price. Told him what I wanted. He said he'd get back to me after getting in the office. He called me within the hour, he was upfront about the car, he came down a bit on the price, I came up and we made the deal. It was as easy as that. It was a win win for both of us. I flew up to pick up the car, arrived at the showroom early the next morning. Car was ready, perfect, as expected. Staff was so professional. I spent all of 5 minutes with accountant and we were done. Can not remember such a straight forward car buying experience in the last 20 years. No matter where I am living in the future, if Perfect Auto Collection has any car I am interested in, they will get my business. More
