Over the last few years I have come to know and work with Jonh Loucks, Danny, David and Sean in service. The service group has done such a great job, I now bring my Mazda Van in for service also. Adams jeep in Aberdeen is the only place to buy a vehicle, new or used in Harford County! I bought 2 used vehicles from Jones in Fallston, paid cash and had more then 9 service visits in the first 30 vehicle, new or used in Harford County! I bought 2 used vehicles from Jones in Fallston, paid cash and had more then 9 service visits in the first 30 days. I traded both vehicles to Adams and nearly broke even to what I paid! Jones was going to hand me a 3-5,000 loss on each one. I met Gaylon the manager of Adams and he introduced my to salesmen Mike Garner. I was so impressed with Mike and the dealership the I purchased our vehicles and also another for our son! The trade offers were above average, the service and attention we received was beyond expectations and the entire process was simple. We highly recommend Adams of Aberdeen (Not Fallston)and they now have 2 customers for life! Jones can keep the car washes and manicures! More

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had! It took me a couple of times driving different jeeps, diferent years and diferent sizes, but there was no pressure at all. Keith just wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that was right for me. I got it! I jsut bought a 2012 black 4 door jeep wrangler that we had lifted 2 inches with skull wheels and hot tires, my favorite part! Galin was just as patience with me when I was picking out the tires and wheel and helped me again get EXACTLY what I wanted! When we were doing the paperwork there wasn't the back and forth feeling like you were in a "used car movie plot". Wayne and Keith did everythign to make this part of the buying experience smooth and painless. Wayne even found us an extra $1000 rebatefrom our insurance company! Gotta love that! I have already bragged to everyone I know about my Jeep along with Adams Dealership! I won't go any where else, IF I need another new car. More
