So as smart as I am I decided to buy a second car in a month. When i new what i wanted I immediately reached out to Garfield at Parks as I had such a positive experience a month ago. They had the car (Mach 1) on the lot and 15 minutes later the deal was done at a very fair price. I live in South Florida so getting to Tampa is a trip but I booked a flight next day and planned to Uber to dealership but Garfield offered to pick me up at airport! How many dealerships would do this? A car is a car is a car but it is nice to have a smooth experience from beginning to end. I asked for same Finance guy (Tony) and as before it was a pleasure. Anyway I know I will be buying another car soon as I always do and will reach out to Parks in the future. More

I have to tell you, my whole life I’ve hated going to a car dealership, but Garfield, my sales guy and johnhanna my fiancé lady changed my whole outlook on buying a car, I drove over 100 miles to go to thi car dealership, but Garfield, my sales guy and johnhanna my fiancé lady changed my whole outlook on buying a car, I drove over 100 miles to go to this dealership, not to mention switching from being a lifetime Chevy guy over to being a ford man, and xxxx am I glad I did, it was the best car buying experience I’ve had in my 50 years on this earth, my next purchase will without hesitation will be parks ford of Wesley chapel. Came in looking for a Mustang Mach E which we discovered was special order only, but Garfield took us on a test drive with the one they use for display/test drives. Great test drive and conveyed all the inf was special order only, but Garfield took us on a test drive with the one they use for display/test drives. Great test drive and conveyed all the information about the car and answered all of our questions. So went ahead and ordered one. However after learning that lead time was 28 weeks, needed something to drive in the mean time. Garfield took initiative and showed us the only 2 new trucks on the lot. We then decided to purchase the new Ranger Lariat Tremor on the spot. And even though it was then early evening, and place was deserted, everyone stayed late and got the deal done and delivered. Can’t thank everyone enough for the help and experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. And BTW, they do not gouge people with any additional pandemic price markups. They get that they are in business for the long run. Thanks again. Looking forward to my updates on my Mach E. More
