We made an appt at Cochran and met K’hari (Smiley). I live in another state, so we only had a few days to drive and decide. K’hari was so patient with us. We drove 3 different styles and decided on the Crosstrek. We’d never leased before and Garrett (manager) and Steve (financing) answered all of our questions. I did not have high expectations for the Subaru Legacy, but was pleasantly surprised to really show what their vehicles can do.and how they handle. I did not have high expectations for the Subaru Legacy, but was pleasantly surprised by its handling and features. I did purchase the Legacy V6, and i hope to have it for many years. The only downsides to this transaction were the actual price negotiation, and the dealer only had 1 key for the car, so I have to make another trip back when the key arrives. Harry, my salesman, was great and really hustles, but was sometimes waiting on 3 customers at once, which was a bit nuts. It felt like no one else worked there, or they were all managers or finance people. Overall, the transaction went smoothly, and i am now driving my new Legacy. More

This is actually the second Subaru I Purchased from them, and the second time I dealt with Harry the sales rep. He’s super nice and very eager to make sure that you’re happy with the entire process. Financing was also very easy and signing all the papers didn’t take very long. Overall a really good experience I recommend Cochran. More

Harry Good News Gosnell was true to his name. We started looking for a new car in June and Harry took me on the test drive of my life. He showed me how to actually use my backup cam effectively. He showed me how to handle the car on loose gravel and really gave me a feeling of confidence. It is now August and it is taken us this long to prepare for this major purchase. We shopped around at different dealerships and test-drove at other dealerships and many of them offered perks but we kept coming back to this one and to Harry. We actually delayed our purchase until we could finish it with Harry. When we got ready to make our purchase they were able to accommodate us and we were in and out. We had to come back to sign some paperwork but they let us take the car home in the meantime and trusted us. There was no finance and insurance nastiness. There was no overbearing manager and no tricks. We ended up with a very nice trade for our vehicle and a very nice car at a great price. I was very impressed and we will buy our next car from the same dealership. I am looking forward to getting to know the service department at # 1 Cochran Subaru. More
