My experience was surprising because I thought it would be the same old song and dance from the old days: big on sales pitch with plenty of irrelevant details and offers for things I didn't want. There was no attempt to induce me to buy the car, instead Garrett simply asked me what I would like as an alternative. I told him, and he said he would try to get the exact car I wanted.
